Our laboratory performs the demands of the customers with a quality product and service approach.

The aim of our quality management system is to perform experiments in accordance with the principle of confidentiality, with highly qualified personnel, in accordance with the principle of confidentiality and using national/international methods, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
 

BEYBİ LABORATORY IMPARTIALITY POLICY

Beybi Laboratory undertakes to keep the information learned about the organization confidential during the services it provides to its customers independently and impartially and not to share them with third parties.

Beybi Laboratory has an “Employee Privacy and Impartiality Declaration” signed by all employees.

TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 provides its customers with a laboratory environment that meets the requirements of the international standard, and serves its customers in the shortest possible time, in accordance with legal requirements.

It evaluates all kinds of requests related to the experimental services provided in the Beybi Laboratory objectively, does not pressure its employees, and informs the staff in case of external pressure.

Beybi Laboratory undertakes to keep all information, documents, and documents provided by the customer in accordance with privacy and security rules. Except for the legal requirements, the test results cannot be given to third parties without the permission of the customer. Report submissions are made to the authorized person / s informed by the customer in a closed envelope. Our laboratory is not responsible for the protection of customer confidentiality that may arise in fax and cargo delivery.
