Beybi, in order to minimise the environmental impact of its activities, protect the environment and support sustainable development;

Water Policy
As Beybi, we adopt the sustainability approach in all our business processes in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in order to leave a sustainable world to future generations.
We are aware that water is vital to life, that access to clean water is a fundamental human right, and that our policies and actions regarding water management have a significant impact on all our stakeholders.
While determining the risks regarding water in the countries where we operate, according to the World Resources Institute (WRI), we will further develop our water use and management practices, which we prioritize in our sustainability strategy, with the studies we carry out in parallel with all our group companies.
Our water policy covers three basic approaches;

Raise Awareness
• To raise awareness of our stakeholders (employees, suppliers, customers and society) on the protection of water resources and responsible use of water,
• Supporting water management by participating in national and international water initiatives by cooperating with NGOs, Public and institutional on water protection, sanitation and hygiene,

Human Rights Policy
The purpose of Beybi's Human Rights Policy is to create a comprehensive guideline for Beybi corporate groups that reflects Beybi's approach to human rights and to emphasize the importance Beybi attaches to fundamental human rights.
All employees and managers of group companies are obliged to act in accordance with this policy.
Human Rights Policy; It is based on the UN Global Compact, the UN Human Rights and Business Guide, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the ILO Declaration of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
For this purpose, as Beybi;
• As a part of the society in the countries where we operate; to take into account their views and reach solutions on human rights problems that are important for local peoples,
• Decision-making processes such as recruitment, placement, training, compensation and promotion; To perform and to exhibit an equal attitude based on the qualification, performance, skill and experience of the employee, without making any discrimination based on race, gender, marital status, religion,
• People under the age of 18 are not to be employed in positions that require heavy and dangerous jobs in group companies,

As Beybi, we work with sensitivity throughout the business on energy management, which is one of the most basic concepts of the principle of sustainable development, and we direct our efforts to continuously improve our energy performance during all our activities and services, being aware of our responsibility.
Our organisation is committed to continuously improving its energy performance, increasing energy efficiency and using energy resources in the most environmentally, technically and economically efficient manner within the scope of its activities.

- To establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve the energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001 Energy Management System standard,
- To identify and monitor significant energy uses (SEUs) that affect energy performance and to assess opportunities for improvement in these areas,
- Establish, implement and review measurable energy goals and targets to support the improvement of energy performance,
- To adopt energy efficient design approach in new plant, process, equipment and modernisation works,
- To consider energy performance criteria in the purchase of machinery, equipment, products and services that affect energy consumption,
- To adopt an energy efficient design approach in plant, process, equipment and modernisation works affecting energy performance and to take energy performance criteria into account during the design phase,
- Comply with national legislation, legal obligations and other requirements related to energy,
- Providing the necessary resources such as human resources, technical infrastructure, training and financial resources for the effectiveness of the energy management system,
