CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We hereby inform you, who visit our website, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Law"). This Clarification Text has been prepared to inform our visitors about the processes of recording, processing, sharing, transferring to third parties, storing, deleting and destroying personal data collected from our visitors using our website and our principles regarding these.

Your personal data are collected by BEYBİ or real or legal persons who process data on behalf of BEYBİ through verbal, written, visual or electronic channels including but not limited to our website, social media channels, mobile applications and by obtaining your explicit consent. Your personal data are processed by BEYBI in order to provide our commercial activities and to ensure continuity in our activities, and to fulfil our responsibilities stipulated by the Laws fully and accurately.
V) Your legal rights under the law
In Article 11 of the KVKK, your rights are written and they are as follows:
By applying to BEYBİ in writing, your personal data;
a) to learn whether your personal data is processed,

c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

In order to use your rights mentioned above, you can fill in the data owner application form at https://beybi.com.tr/tr and send it to "Yukarı Dudullu Organised Industrial Zone 1 Cad. No:27 Ümraniye/İstanbul" in person or send it through a notary public or send a signed copy of the form to the e-mail address kvkk@beybi.com.tr via your e-mail address or to the address beybiplastik@hs03.kep.tr via registered e-mail with secure electronic signature. Your requests will be finalised free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your request is to be made on behalf of someone else, a power of attorney and other documents confirming your identity must be attached to your application. In the event that a response containing personal data is given to you upon your application or an action is required to be taken regarding the processed personal data, if the application is not made in person, through a notary public or by KEP in accordance with the identification, BEYBİ may request you to verify your identity in order to prevent the data from being delivered to the wrong persons or to prevent transactions by malicious persons other than the real data owner.
