How to Produce Nitrile Work Gloves?

Nitrile work gloves, As the name suggests, it is a preferred type of glove, especially in workplaces. Nitrile gloves, which are reliable and durable gloves with their structure, are subjected to various tests during the production phase and developed to protect the health of workers.
The gloves, which are produced in accordance with the standards of labour gloves, provide effective protection against many hazards. So how are nitrile work gloves produced? Which stages are presented to our use?

Nitrile work gloves are produced using nitrile rubber material. These gloves have a wide and comprehensive production system. We can briefly summarise these production stages for you as follows:

Nitrile Pulp Preparation Phase: The production phase of these work gloves starts with the correct preparation of nitrile pulp. This paste is prepared by mixing nitrile polymer, various fillers, necessary stabilisers, colourants and other chemicals. This mixture is combined with various mixers and processed in detail.

Glove Moulding Stage: The various moulds in the production area are of great importance in the creation of gloves. Especially the glove size, which we pay attention to during the purchase, is created at this stage. Nitrile is immersed in these moulds in order for the dough to take the correct shape. This moulding process is to ensure that the dough takes the desired shape correctly.

Vulcanisation Stage: Nitrile gloves that have been moulded are subjected to a process known as vulcanisation. This step is one of the most important steps in the production phase. The reason is that the durability, chemical resistance and flexibility of the glove are adjusted at this stage.

Cutting and Shaping Phase: After the vulcanisation process is completed, the glove is cut and shaped. In this step, the finger shapes, wrist shape and general shape of the glove are determined. With the help of cutting machines, this stage can be completed quickly.

Inner Lining and Coating Stage: This stage is generally optional. In other words, the nitrile gloves you will buy may not have an inner lining. Depending on the type of glove, it may vary whether there will be an inner lining and if so, what material it will be made of.

Final Control and Packaging Stage: With all the production stages of the glove, the final stage, the final control and packaging stage is passed. At this stage, the glove is examined in detail and tested whether it complies with the standards. Then the packaging is made ready for shipment.

Nitrile work gloves are produced and put into use by passing through these stages.
